Training:
Train current staff on how to manage claims, premium payments, insurance audits and changes needed in the day-to-day operations
If applicable, safety suggestions and materials will be provided to staff to help prevent injuries and liability claims. Back-to-work solutions will be discussed for workers’ compensation claims.
Planning for the Future:
Plans for updating/maintaining properties in the future, such as the roof, heating, or plumbing, will be in place, as necessary.
Plans for maintenance of equipment and vehicles will be addressed, if needed.
Record-keeping for updates/maintenance and repairs will be stored by KW Insurance Guidance & Strategy.
Renewals:
The renewal process will start 60-90 days before the policy expires.
This process includes asking for discounts with current insurance policies and shopping policies with other companies for comparison of pricing and coverage.
Present final analysis and recommendations for renewal policies.
*Starting at this step we will charge $125/hour. If we can get a better premium based on renewals and current coverage, we would charge 50% of the savings for that renewal on account.
